Shipping Shipping charges are dependent upon shipping address and shipment weight. These charges are calculated at checkout, prior to purchase confirmation. A $3.50 handling fee is included in the shipping charge for each order. ImpressionsInFlight.com typically uses FedEx to ship ground shipments. At times, the shipping service we use may vary. If you prefer to use UPS, USPS, or another shipping service, simply include this in the comments for your order. We will also happily refund shipping charges should you prefer to use your own UPS, or FedEx shipping account. Delivery Time Estimates Estimated delivery dates are calculated at checkout. These dates are only estimates and may vary depending on a variety of factors. If you need your shipment by a specific date, please include this in your comments or call us at 1-866-882-4300. We will do everything we can to accommodate you, to include same-day shipping if at all possible. International Shipments International shipments require a rate quote and secondary shipment charge. International customers should select the International Rate Quote option during online checkout. Your online account will be updated with several shipping options within 24 hours of purchase. This information will also be emailed to you. You are required to select a shipping service and respond via email before the order will be sent. Alternatively, international customers may provide their own DHL, FedEx, or UPS account number for international shipments. A non-refundable $1.50 international rate quote and handling fee will be charged when your order is processed. The remainder of your purchase total is refundable prior to shipment. If more than 48 hours has passed since shipping estimates were sent and a full refund is requested, you may incur a 5% transaction fee.
